1. Services

• Web Design & Development: Free responsive website (up to 5 pages) with LITE SEO & PRO SEO packages – 1 & 2 year subscriptions.
• Local SEO, Lead Generation, and Conversion Optimization: Details included in all plans.
• E-commerce, Advanced Websites, Graphic Design & Custom SEO Solutions: Quoted separately.

2. Subscription Plans

Each plan includes a Free Responsive Website (up to 5 pages) with a one-year/two year subscription. For details, visit https://blinklead.com/pricing/

3. Hosting, Domain, and Payment

• Hosting: $15/month, paid annually.
• Domain: Provide your own, or we can purchase one for you.
• Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly. Hosting fees are billed annually. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Ownership, Transfer, and Cancellation

• The website and content we create become your property after 12 or 24 months of active subscription. If you cancel before then, you will not retain ownership and will be billed a $300 cancellation fee.
• If you transfer your website to another provider, a one-time fee of $120 applies. After transfer, we are no longer responsible for the website.
• If you cancel your subscription at any time after the term ends, there are no cancellation fees. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Liability and Disputes

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you.
• These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of BC.

7. Changes and Agreement

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
• By subscribing, you agree to these terms. No additional contracts are required.
